Rollercoaster life …

Breathe in. Breathe out. Repeat. Repeat.

We often take for granted this one little breathing exercise. We think that breathing is just that one thing that our body does just for survival and automatically. But when you intentionally do it, it changes your entire mood in a matter of seconds.

We breathe in to take in the moment and acknowledge the situation that we are in at that point in time. Then we breathe out as a symbol of releasing negativity and toxicity. Then repeat until you feel you got this again.

Being 100% for real: This life thing is just a mess. It’s like a rollercoaster that you are on forever and can never climb off. It’s really high, sometimes you see a beautiful view or it’s just shitting scary. Then it’s super low and you wonder what’s the point of going on. Then it’s somewhere in between, all you feel are many mixed emotions, “what now?” Then it goes in loops and you feel as though you are in a never ending cycle and you just want to throw up. All of a sudden you are upside down, blood rushing to your brain and now you want to explode in anger, tears or laughter. That’s been my life for a while now. But I know I’m not alone that’s what comforts me.

In all that madness that’s when forcefully you’ve got to take it all in and then let it all out. There is no single way, but you have to find your way to get it done, and it needs to happen, before something awful happens and it’s too late.

From a personal view: I am definitely not the best at this. Sometimes I do wait till it’s too late (I guess I’m only human). Although I would never wish to see anyone riding the worst rollercoaster of their life and then later deciding to jump off. So this is a call of awareness!

Let’s be aware of the people around us constantly. Let’s be aware of changes in behaviour, our own and loved ones. Let’s be aware that not everyone has their shit together and is chilling on a cruise ship. Let’s be aware that life happens, it’s a mess, and we all need the support at some point. Let’s just be aware, because that can go a long way to saving just one life. Let’s be aware to remember to breathe.

Let’s be #Royalty and help one another with our crowns👑
